As a developmental framework, it seeks to meet the needs of this group, with future plans for expansion to address the growing needs in the region.

centralizes and synchronizes all core functions. This digital transformation streamlined workflows,
improved data accuracy, automated reporting, and enhanced collaboration across teams, enabling DLPA
to deliver aid more effectively, respond rapidly to emergencies, and maximize its positive impact across
