Ministerio de Turismo
Entidad gubernamental catalizadora del Sector Turístico de la República Dominicana.Se encarga de planear, programar, organizar, dirigir, fomentar, coordinar y evaluar las actividades de la Industria Turística del país, de conformidad con los objetivos, metas y políticas nacionales que determine el Poder Ejecutivo. Determinar y supervisar los Polos de desarrollo turístico en el país y orientar los proyectos a realizarse en estos. Orientar, de conformidad con las regulaciones al respecto, el diseño y construcción de todas las obras de infraestructura que requieran el desarrollo de los distintos proyectos turísticos.
Coordinar, a través de la Corporación de Fomento de la Industria Hotelera y Desarrollo del Turismo (CORPHOTEL), las actividades nacionales tendentes al desarrollo de la empresa hotelera. Autorizar, regular, supervisar y controlar el funcionamiento de los servicios turísticos, tales como: Agencias de Viajes, Guías turísticos, Hoteles y Restaurantes, Bares, Centros Nocturnos de calidad turística, Transporte de turistas y todas las empresas y personas que brinden servicios a los visitantes y/o realicen actividades turísticas.
Aumentar la producción turística en el país mediante el fomento de construcción, financiamiento, mejoramiento y conservación de las empresas del sector. Coordinar las acciones de todas las dependencias del Estado relacionadas con el turismo, a fin de lograr los mejores resultados en cuanto al servicio, protección y facilitación de las actividades productivas del sector. Als netbedrijf bouwt en beheert Fluvius de publieke nutsleidingen in de straat om elektriciteit, aardgas, riolering en warmte tot bij de klant te brengen. Fluvius zorgt er ook voor dat klanten een aansluiting krijgen op die netten. Bovendien beheren ze de openbare verlichting in de Vlaamse steden en gemeenten.Bij Fluvius zorgde Gumbys voor een integratie met SAP om verdere automatiseringen in hun dossierbeheer te bekomen. Met behulp van Odoo werd mogelijk gemaakt dat klanten via het klantenportaal verplichte documenten kunnen downloaden om ze in te vullen en nadien terug kunnen uploaden. Vervolgens kunnen de documenten goedgekeurd worden door interne gebruikers en gaan de dossiers doorheen de volgende stappen waar verschillende team telkens aanvullen met specifieke data. Uiteindelijk wordt er grote winst bekomen met de flow waarbij klanten zelf een afspraak kunnen inschieten in de gedeelde agenda’s van ijkers binnen hun regio. De lastige taak om gepaste momenten te vinden, het inplannen en communiceren hierrond wordt hierbij volledig geautomatiseerd. Daarnaast hebben de ijkers die ter plaatse moeten gaan alle info gebundeld ter beschikking via het portaal en een korte samenvatting in hun gekoppelde outlook agenda. Government
