The implementation covered Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory Management, Procurement, and Accounting modules to manage bill of materials, production planning, raw material consumption, and product costing. The solution introduced real-time production tracking, optimized inventory utilization, and automated financial reporting, allowing Mouldex to transition toward a fully integrated and scalable manufacturing environment.
