With the support of Plennix, Fitzpatrick adapted a system based on Odoo ERP, tackling their projects, procurement, sales, HR, along with managing their inventory and manufacturing processes. The newly implemented solution granted Fitzpatrick the ability to oversee all its operations, while keeping track and recording all needed data for planning the company’s next actions. The process from sales orders of metals and doors, to manufacturing, to stock management and raw materials purchasing, to distribution and payments were easily implemented on Odoo.
