Exceptional Compliance

We provide compliance services and perform actions to facilitate these compliance services to companies. We participate in, and manage finance enterprises, companies and other legal entities and to enter into joint ventures. We assume liabilities of companies and other legal entities which together with the Company form one group or which affiliated in any way with the company; we guarantee or otherwise secure, and to transfer ownership, mortgage, pledge or otherwise to encumber assets of the company or for the obligations of third parties and we are entitled to do all that may be useful or necessary for the attainment of its object or that is connected therewith in the widest sense.
