The 501c(3) organization, Cure International, operating a network of children’s hospitals across

Asia and Africa, faced challenges in inventory and procurement management at their hospitals

and distribution center in Michigan, USA. As a result, they needed a comprehensive solution to

streamline their hospital management needs using Odoo, a cloud-based ERP software.

Brainvire successfully implemented the organization’s Odoo-based Hospital Management

System (HMS). This included an HRMS for 1000 employees, multi-currency transactions, bank

integration, automated reconciliation processes, and payroll management. The solution

efficiently tracked and reordered inventory, managed purchase orders, and maintained vendor

relationships. Internal requisitions returned to vendors, and purchase agreement management

was streamlined through a custom system.

The Odoo solution enabled efficient management of hospital processes, including patient

management, medical records, appointments, and billing. The implementation enhanced the

organization’s ability to provide medical services, exceeding their expectations with a

comprehensive and efficient system.
