For Control System Labs, Bista Solutions implemented a comprehensive Odoo ERP platform to replace an outdated legacy system and centralize operations across customer service, repair management, inventory, accounting, e-commerce, and shipping. The solution included a highly customized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system designed specifically for electronic repair operations, enabling detailed tracking of equipment, serial numbers, damage assessments, repair workflows, and customer information throughout the repair lifecycle. Bista also implemented workflow automation for repair jobs and sub-tasks, barcode-enabled job tracking, integrated shipping and payment processing, enhanced reporting and analytics, and a redesigned website and e-commerce platform. The implementation provided CSL with a unified, user-friendly system that eliminated disconnected data sources, improved operational visibility, streamlined repair processes, and established a scalable foundation for continued growth and future expansion.
