Ceranext is a global leader in the law enforcement sector, providing advanced tactical SIGINT (Signal Intelligence) technologies and products for homeland security, law enforcement, and border protection. The company is currently reforming its human capital management processes, which are fragmented across multiple platforms like SAP, Outlook, and AssessTeam, leading to inefficiencies, data silos, and a high risk of errors.

To address these issues, Eplan Consultants will implement the Odoo ERP platform, focusing on the human resources modules to create an integrated productivity management and reporting system. The project will consolidate HR functions into Odoo's Employees, Recruitment, Time Off, Referrals, and Appraisals modules, hosted on the Odoo.sh cloud platform. This implementation will include code-level customizations to the Appraisal and Employee modules to accommodate a new performance management framework and rewards scheme.
