Cardoo

Cardoo is an IoT brand which focuses on creating smart devices. What we have done for them,

besides implementing the standard Odoo modules, is automating Odoo actions through

integration with E-commerce. 

The integration scope was to automate the work on Odoo side when a customer makes an

order through E-commerce. This include creating sales order, handling accounting transactions

for both online payments and COD, create stock movements, issuing the bill of lading for the

shipping courier, automate order status on Odoo using another integration with the shipping

courier, update Cardoo accounting journals when the order is delivered. 

To make the user journey even smoother we worked on automating Odoo so it can handle E-

commerce refund requests and customers complaints. The last part of the puzzle was to

integrate Odoo with Cardoo's call center to allow Cardoo agents easy access to the customers

data, orders and complaints history.
