The company encountered a challenge as it had outgrown its daily management processes, resulting in too many ways of working and multiple databases being in conflict. To address this challenge, XLG contacted the Odoo partner Nalios in 2021 to establish a standard working method, centralize operations on one tool, and homogenize processes. The situation's complexity necessitated the implementation of numerous specialized tools, which unfortunately resulted in reduced efficiency. Consequently, Odoo recommended to XLG to adopt a common system to harmonize and streamline processes across the entire group.
Going live in 6 months
During the implementation process, several new challenges emerged due to the large number of planning and payroll requirements for each business line. However, despite these difficulties, Odoo's easy implementation allowed it to be up and running in the main branch, XLG Facility, in just six months! Odoo and its valuable network helped XLG to simplify its operations and adopt a scalable approach.
Sticking to one scalable solution
XLG has achieved groundbreaking improvements with the help of Odoo, resulting in a game-changing amount of time saved for many crucial activities, including:
- Invoice automation: With Odoo Accounting, the company can now handle invoices quicker than ever before. I just a few clicks, invoices are created, filled and sent to the customers, with regular payment status and follow-ups.
- Improved schedule management: The use of Odoo Planning is helping XLG to better organize its employees shift and to have an overview of everyone’s schedule easily.
- Enhanced cross-team communication: Odoo is used as a common language, enhancing communication for all employees by enabling the rapid exchange of information directly within the system.
- Well being at work: By streamlining their daily tasks and work processes with Odoo, XLG placed great importance on the well-being of their employees, providing them a tool that would contribute to facilitate their work.
