french opensource SISalp company give this possibility for free, but your database will be dropped all the day ... (thanks to Bounaberi for that)

It's not possible.
But:
- Some modules like training_... create demo data. These are the modules we use for official OpenERP training with Certified Training Partners.
- You can also play with the demo databases on http://openerp.com
But you don't have access to "Settings" so you can't change the settings like add a module or enable serial numbers. I'd put that on a wish list. Just the ability to include demo data in a temporary online company.
... demo databases have been discontinued by now.
