1. What do Payment Terms cover?

The due date. The due date, the payment conditions, and any payment incentives. All the rules and guidelines the customer must agree to. The due date and the taxes applied on the invoice.

2. Is there any visual and easy way to identify unpaid invoices?

The Aged Receivable report. The customer invoices box available in the dashboard. The outstanding account. No, there is no visual and easy way to know what a specific customer owes us.
