Hi, Does anybody succeed in adding the french ecological tax DEEE to products and making it correctly appear in sale order and invoice ?

There are 4 "Product Ecotax..." modules avalaible from community. Maybe not perfect, but they should do the trick.
Another solution is based on taxes : as you -probably- have V.A.T. taxes added to your products, you can add other taxes (before VAT) as DEEE, Recupel (in Belgium)...

Could someone explain how to add a Tax composed of a fixed amount + VAT (for French DEEE Tax).

I have managed to do it actually. You simply create a new Tax and choose "fixed amount" and you tick "included in the based amount" so that VAT applies to it.
