La coopérative inoïa a été créée par des experts Odoo de longue date dans le but de fournir un service d'accompagnement complet, de l'analyse des besoins à la gestion du changement, au travers de valeurs fortes:
- Réflexion sur la finalité du service (impact humain, social et environnemental)
- Co-création de solutions mutualisées entre plusieurs acteurs,
- Contribution aux logiciels libres.
La coopérative regroupe des compétences métiers et fonctionnelles en:
- Gestion de la production,
- Réapprovisionnement,
- Inventaire,
- Règles de traçabilité et de contrôle qualité (alimentaire, bio-pharmaceutique),
- Comptabilité financière et de gestion (législations BE, LU, FR, ES, US),
- Ventes (incluant le déploiement de plateformes de ventes en ligne),
- En gestion des services (planification des interventions),
- En gestion du personnel.
Les membres accumulent cette expérience de par le déploiement de différentes plateformes (Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, Exact), permettant de faire des recommandations logicielles spécifiques à chaque besoin.
Le collectif organise fréquemment des formations fonctionnelles pour ses clients et partenaires afin de favoriser l'apprentissage d'Odoo dans un cadre convivial et participatif.
Au niveau technique, inoïa développe des fonctionnalités Odoo en licence libre (open source), afin de garantir une qualité optimale du code et une mutualisation avec d’autres acteurs. Inoïa est pour cela active au sein de l’OCA (Odoo Community Association).
L’équipe aborde des thématiques sociétales afin de participer activement à la transition économique et écologique. Les experts inoïa acquierent de l’expertise dans la gestion informatique des rapports non-financiers (comptabilité carbone), des circuits-courts, de la circularité et de l’action sociale. Ils participent ou organisent des ateliers de sensibilisation avec les clients et partenaires.

Acftperfo provides an obstacle database to airways companies. We helped them implement a high-quality customer service system with Helpdesk, Project and Website apps. We finetuned the tasks funnel with some automations in order to improve the followup of customer feedback in tasks.
Asbl Le Cube Transport PMR
Le Cube ASBL offers cab services for people with reduced mobility. Fred helped them set up and use accounting. Some efforts were done in change management in order to change the encoding habits.
B Just
B-Just is a lawyer's office having the same vision as the collective: "building peaceful relationships around us". It was then a real pleasure to help the office to install Odoo, the perfect tool to plan appointments and centralize customer records. Catherine was amazed by how easy it was to use.
Bolder Foods SA
Bolderfoods fabrique et vend des produits alimentaires durables, en commençant par des alternatives de fromage végétalien appelées Chizou. On le trouve actuellement chez Delhaize et Colruyt. C'est délicieux ! Le préféré de Fred est le goût Pizza. Ce projet visait à intégrer un flux de ventes et de sous-traitance à une vue "tour de contrôle" conçue avec le planning de production principal. Le défi consistait à définir rapidement les fonctionnalités les plus utiles d'Odoo qui pouvaient être déployées en quelques heures seulement, ainsi qu'à concevoir les actions de l'utilisateur dans un calendrier. Nous avons configuré les itinéraires de stock afin d'affiner le flux de sous-traitance avec le moins de clics possible. Nous les avons également aidés à démarrer avec la comptabilité, l'analyse et les tableaux de bord afin de piloter les investissements en R&D. Ce projet a été géré avec notre amie Nathalie Chastel de Beefounders qui a joué le rôle de challenger. Beefounders aide les startups avec des modèles d'affaires durables à structurer leurs opérations. Ce fut une collaboration formidable et très efficace. Nous attendons avec impatience la prochaine ! Nous avons également eu une belle rencontre avec Maxence Vanthournhout de l'agence comptable Creafid qui s'est familiarisé avec Odoo. Il en est tellement satisfait qu'il utilise maintenant Odoo pour tous ses clients, y compris nous.

Being the partner of a growing company such as Briesco (boiler installation company) is amazing! Adapting Odoo to new challenges such as a new warehouse, a joint venture or design of new on-site processes highlights the impact we can have on the companies we support.
Certinergie
Certinergie is an energy certification organization with more than 150 people. They wanted a new accounting system connected to their customer database, as well as integrated tools to manage people (recruitment, assessment, time off, vehicles, etc). After a short ROI analysis, Frédéric helped the company implement those tools in a few days. We then started to test a fully-integrated service sales flow for a few departments (order, planning, onsite action, invoicing), starting from the most standard cases to the most specific. Certinergie is the good example of what can be done with planning & field service apps. They have on boarded more than 25 users so far.
GDLM HORIZON SRL
Horizon gives you the freedom to travel and sleep wherever you are. Delphine wanted to streamline the process of renting her tents and replace Excel/standalone rental app/lots of manual actions. She tested Odoo a few years ago but was not convinced. Then, came Fred and the Rental app he designed when he was a product owner at Odoo :-) in a few hours, we helped Delphine and her team build a brand new website with Odoo and configure the backend sales flow.
