Customer Service - Functional Support

This is a high-level customer support job for people with strong problem-solving skills and who love providing excellent customer service for companies that use Odoo.

Odoo's functional support analysts work with clients to teach them how to most effectively wield the Odoo applications that they have adopted.

This role collaborates with other client facing roles, is part of a growing team, and heavily impacts Odoo's success.

We're looking for someone who is investigative, empathetic and has great communication skills. You understand small to medium sized businesses and the functions within them.


Become a subject matter expert on all of the features and functions within Odoo's software applications.

Provide expertise to clients seeking to use Odoo applications effectively.

Document clients' needs, problems, interventions and interactions, escalate technical issues to Odoo's developer team. 

Boost Customer Satisfaction and productivity through a gamified system that gives you periodic updates on your work vs. your teammates'

Territory: North & South America

Become an expert on the product! Certification available internally.

Great reaction speed to tickets and quality responses that get clients to a place where their business is successful

Tickets from as far North as Canada/Alaska and as far South as Chile (Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency a plus!)


Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred or aligned experience with business and/or software

Affinity with software that handles functions of business, such as CRM, Accounting, Inventory, POS, and other varieties of software that our platform provides

Ability to learn quickly

Willing and able to work from 11 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday
