Carré Sucré is a Lebanese catering and pastry company specializing in weddings, private events, corporate events, cakes, chocolates, boutique products, and customized catering services.The company was looking for a centralized ERP system to manage its catering and pastry operations, including menu creation, recipe management, quotations, pricing, kitchen preparation, inventory control, and reporting. A key challenge was improving coordination between the sales and kitchen teams while handling highly customized catering orders based on event type, guest count, menu selection, and customer preferences.
ERP Cloud supported Carré Sucré through business analysis, Odoo configuration, workflow automation, custom developments, and user support. The implementation covered menu and recipe management, quotations, kitchen preparation workflows, ingredient consumption tracking, stock management, and expiry date monitoring.
