تم بفضل الله تأسيس شركة البيلسان العالميةللعطور ومواد التجميل والعناية بالبشرة عام 1995 بمقرها الكائن عمر المختار ومن هنا بدأنا في تطوير شركة البيلسان بفتح فرع جديد في شارع أول سبتمبر عام 2003 تم نقل محل البيلسان من شارع أول سبتمبر الى شارع الجرابه عام 2007 امام الليبي السويسري ثم تم نقل محل البيلسان 2 من شارع عمر المختار الى شارع الجرابه امام مطعم شواياعام 2013 لقد تعاملت شركة البيلسان منذ نشأتها مع أكبر الشركات العالميه للعطور ومواد التجميل والعناية بالبشرة واصبحت شريكة لأكبر الشركات المالطية وبفضل الله عز وجل بدأت الشركة مرحلة جديدة من الاستقرار واصبحت معتمدة بنسبة 70 % على نفسها فى استيراد منتجاتها من خارج ليبيا وتتعامل معا اكبر الشركات العالمية في ليبيا .
