AlbaGame, a name that blends "Albania" and "Game," has grown from humble beginnings into Albania’s leading distributor of both physical and digital games. Starting with just a single store in the era when renting movies and buying video games meant visiting local shops, they have evolved into a thriving enterprise with four locations and a state-of-the-art warehouse supporting their extensive operations.At the helm of this growth is the co-founder and CEO, whose passion for music, movies, and gaming has driven AlbaGame's vision. His leadership has cultivated a dedicated, highly motivated team, committed to delivering joy to customers and making AlbaGame a household name in Albania’s entertainment landscape.
As the company embraced digitalization, it became evident that their previous accounting software could no longer keep up with their evolving needs. Ready to streamline their operations and implement an organised workflow, they sought a solution that would support their ambition. When we first engaged with the CEO and CFO, we presented a customised Odoo demo tailored to their requirements, showcasing how an all-in-one solution could unlock new possibilities for their business.
The project’s success was driven in large part by their CFO, who, as the project’s SPOC (Single Point of Contact), demonstrated exceptional professionalism. She had tested Odoo for months prior to our collaboration, ensuring a smooth transition. From POS and sales to purchasing, accounting, inventory, and e-commerce, AlbaGame is now fully integrated with Odoo, transforming the way they operate.
Our team was especially excited to work on this project, as AlbaGame is a brand we grew up with, sharing personal memories of renting movies and buying games in their stores. Today, we are proud to support AlbaGame at every step of their digital journey, ensuring they continue to thrive in this new era.

The Albania Football Federation (AFF) stands among the top ten institutions in the country, with a reputation for excellence both on and off the field. In 2016, they made history by securing Albania’s first qualification to the UEFA European Championship. Since then, the Federation has made significant strides in advancing Albanian football, marked by the construction of their state-of-the-art headquarters in Tirana and the renovation of the national stadium, a stunning architectural landmark at the heart of the capital.In tandem with these large-scale projects, the AFF has prioritised the digital transformation of their operations, recognizing the need for innovative solutions to manage their complex organisational structure. When we first engaged with the Federation, they were relying on an outdated local accounting system, which no longer met the needs of their growing and diversified operations. We proposed a comprehensive transition to Odoo—a unified platform capable of supporting every department, from finance to logistics, human resources, and beyond.
The Federation’s leadership team is highly professional and meticulous in their decision-making process. After multiple in-depth meetings, live demonstrations, and thorough evaluations, they were convinced that Odoo was the optimal choice over alternatives like Microsoft Navision and SAP. What set Odoo apart was its ability to consolidate their diverse requirements into a single, powerful system, aligning perfectly with both the Federation’s and Zero's vision of streamlined, efficient operations.
Implementing Odoo across such a prominent institution presented its own set of challenges, particularly given the large scale of their staff and the complexity of their operations. However, adhering strictly to Odoo’s best practices and implementation methodology, our team, led by our skilled Director of Implementation and supported by our dedicated account manager, ensured a smooth transition. The project’s success is a testament to the Federation's forward-thinking approach and their willingness to embrace modern technology.

Working with the biggest group in Albania has been a real challenge for Zero but at the same time one of the most exciting projects, that will be in our memories for long. We were honored to participate in a project with the biggest Real Estate Company in Albania &Region and we accepted the challenges to serve all their need regarding a full 360-degree solution for Real Estate Management.
They are a dynamic team and very well organized. All the requests were prepared clearly and on point based on a long study they used to do on their operations. After a lot of effort and hard work they are finally live on Odoo, handling their daily operations and aiming for any opportunity along their way.
We would like to share more about our experience and project in general but every other detail regarding project is base in a strict non-disclosure agreement.
