Act in time is adviseur, partner en leverancier van mechanische en elektronische componenten en oplossingen voor machines.Na een eerdere CRM applicatie wenste Act in time haar digitale transformatie verder uit te werken voor al haar bedrijfsprocessen.
Vanuit haar zoektocht naar de meest geschikte software kwam Act in time terecht bij Odoo omwille van haar modulariteit, flexibiliteit en gebruikersgemak.
Naast het vervangen van hun huidige CRM applicatie, werden tal van andere modules geïmplementeerd gaande van aankoop, voorraad tot helpdesk, boekhouding en reparaties.
Een contactpersoon van Callista wist Act in time te begeleiden bij dit proces en zorgde ervoor dat de 10 duizenden records aan producten geïmporteerd konden worden in het systeem. Fabrication / Maintenance
