Founded in 1939, Minraf Springs is one of the Middle East and Africa's leading manufacturers of automotive suspension springs and a trusted OEM supplier, recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and international standards. Operating three factories, with 450 employees and 50–80 Odoo users, Minraf partnered with Plementus to replace its legacy ERP system with a fully integrated Odoo Enterprise solution.Plementus implemented a comprehensive ERP platform covering Accounting, Manufacturing, MRP Planning, Quality Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Sales, CRM, Point of Sale, Fleet, Maintenance, and Human Resources. The solution was tailored to support Minraf's complex manufacturing operations, including Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) production, multi-stage manufacturing processes, quality control at every production stage, raw material weight-to-quantity conversion, and production planning.
In addition, Plementus digitized procurement and warehouse operations across five warehouses, implemented 12 integrated POS locations with loyalty programs and promotions, streamlined distributor order management, and introduced fleet tracking and HR automation, including payroll, attendance, custody, and loan management. The result was a centralized, scalable ERP platform that enhanced operational visibility, optimized manufacturing efficiency, and supported Minraf's continued growth as one of the region's leading automotive manufacturers.
