Hi
Can I choose how I allocate employee for such leave and / or to any employee category (eg holidays quarterly variables depending on the position cf National Convention 1966) ?

Hello, You can define it by the tag. Suppose, Select any employee Now, set it tag as trainee Go to Leave/Allocation Request > create new one , set Allocation Mode : By Employee Tag set employee tag : Trainee Hope it will help you. Regards, Devishree(DBR)
