I explain a little, a shopping user makes a global purchase order for all the products he needs, this order is reviewed by the purchasing manager and he makes the order to the suppliers, but, the products have categories and each category a different supplier, that is, the purchasing manager has to separate all the products and generate a new purchase order, which is not very feasible since it requires a lot of time to do this. Is there any other way to order and that automatically separates categories?

I don't think using Categories for this is a good solution.

You can add Supplier information on each product, and then set up reordering rules.
When a product that is not in stock is ordered, it will be added to a new or existing purchase order for the supplier that is set on the product.

We use this in our store, and it works really well.

It takes a bit of time to set up, but it's worth it. You will save a lot of time after it's done.

Odoo has some great videos/webinars on YouTube showing how it works.
