Can I find any descreption from managing products?

The easist way to manage categoriesis to navigate to the Purchases or Sales module then Configuration -> Products -> Product Categories. Here you can create or delete categories easliy. You can change the category of the product by navigating to Products under either the Sales or Purchases module, selecting the product you wish to edit, and using the dropdown menu to select the Category you want. You can also create and edit categories from that same menu. Hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions.

Oops, dear Alex,

Do I have another question?
I could to import products  and I could upload photo to one product, but I couldn't import photos to more items. I couldn't understand wich kind of link is used in the Exel.
Have You got any idea solving this problem?

Responding to the email since I don’t see this in the thread:

Are you asking how to import photos that are linked to your products in a different database? I haven’t done this specifically, but it looks like the header on the .csv file for that field is “image_small”. I would try exporting some of the products that you have the photo assigned to and then examining the .csv file and seeing if you can mimic that. There is also a support document (from version 6.1) that might help:
