Where can customers and partners find documentation about the new Odoo Spreadsheet app? There are some specific formulas that pull data from Odoo, which are they and how do they work?
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project
- MRP

The documentation is here: https://www.odoo.com/documentation/16.0/applications/productivity/spreadsheet.html
We have some documentation of functions inside Odoo, where you use them:
Hi Ray, those formulars are fantastic as they allow you to build reports without creating a pivot before, right?
Can you help me with this:
I would like to use a formula similar to "ODOO.BALANCE" but looking not for account codes but to any dimenions. E.g. I would like to use account.tags or account.types or anything else. Is that possible somehow? Are ther emore formulas available or only those 9 displayed?
Thank you in advance!
Hi Florian, the list you see is the complete list of formulas available. None of them provide access to account tags or types. If you list all accounts in your spreadsheet, and use the balance formula to get the balance, you can then use the 'relation' filtering feature of the spreadsheet to further filter by group or tag.
first I look for the formula in google spreadsheet and then I look for it in odoo, there are similar functions
Unfortunately there isn't yet a comprehensive documentation, but some hints can be found in the answers from:
