Can I register a purchase in dollars when my main currency is Mexican pesos? how do I do it?

Hi,
You can enable the required currency from Accounting -> Configuration -> Currencies.
Now when you create a Purchase order, you can choose the required currency as shown below.
NOTE
When you confirm the purchase or register the vendor bill, Odoo will convert the amount to Mexican pesos using the exchange rate at that time. When making a payment, you can pay in USD or the converted amount in MXN, depending on your agreement with the vendor.
Your reports in Odoo, such as Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and others, will reflect the transaction in Mexican pesos, showing the converted amounts alongside the original USD amount for reference.
