Hello,

I've a problem with connecting Odoo to my customers bank accounts.

We've a on premise enterprise plan and bank synchronization broke a few weeks ago.

After endless tries we came up with the following observations:

In our older test instance it is still connected (but neutralized) fine using ponto as bank provider. In Odoo it looks like this.

In the production environment, I deleted the previous synchronization from the list and connected the account again. Unfortunatelly I see only this view and I think it has something to do with the "provider_data" field in this model. In our testinstance this field contains a token which is not present in the production environment. The state of the synchronization is "connected" but the details are missing.


We also tried to connect odoo to paypal using saltedge. For each attempt we've to input the authentication code three times, sometimes it works sometimes it fails. But we never see the details in the synchronization form view.

Our tests were executed in Odoo 17 using the latest enterprise module and docker image version.

Seems like something went wrong while neutralization. 

In any case it looks like you will have to remove the connection from your neutralized database, since there shouldn't be one in the first place. Then try to re-establish a connection from live. This however may still fail - in that case you're only option probably is https://www.odoo.com/help-form#stage=bank_sync

(Out of curiosity: Can you still successfully fetch transactions from within your neutralized environment?)
