Odoo 18

When printing items to the preparation printer, if the ordered items have multiple variant options, not all options are printed.

These options print fine on the normal POS receipt, yet are missing on the Kitchen order Ticket.

It seems that the KOT has a limitation of 2/3 lines of text per item whereas the receipt will printout as many lines as needed.

How can this be corrected?

Also on the KOT how can the Product font size & bold be increased to the same as the header, so it is easier to read all options.

Hi James,

I would suggest creating a support ticket for the issue at Odoo stating your Enterprise subscription (if available) or directly in the Odoo GitHub (https://github.com/odoo/odoo) - this is the fastest way to address these issues at Odoo, as I assume that the KOT issue is not implemented correctly.

By default, no changes can be made manually to the order ticket - this also applies to the font size and font thickness, among other things.
