Chat with support is also not available for some reason.

Hi,
As notified there were upgrade/maintenance going on odoo sh (jan 9th), that's why may be the glitch happens.
I hope all good and back to normal.

Same problem. It is because of the migration that have done. Now it's all going well.
Okay, it seems to have started working right now. Let's hope it will continue to work.
