Hi Guys,

Yesterday our Odoo 14 stopping working with the generic "Internal Server Error"

By running "Sudo service odoo status"  I can confirm the service is "Active" and log files are being kept on  /var/log/odoo/odoo-server.log

However when entering the command "tail -f -n 15 /var/log/odoo/odoo-server.log"  the Ubuntu server just sits.... no error message and no logs are shown.

Any idea's why that would be?

Thanks,

David

Hi Rachid,

Thanks for coming back me, I've tried tail  "/var/log/odoo/odoo-server.log" and "tail -f /var/log/odoo/odoo-server.log"

If I type just "var/log/odoo/odoo-server.log" I get a new message "Permission Denied"  Which is a new error at least.

Is that what you meant?

Thanks,

David

Hi David,

Try to use another way, less /var/log/odoo/odoo-server.log  END button
