Odoo 11 and also its previous versions also got many bugs. If you check the GitHub you can find that there are about 700 open issues.

One cannot say when it gets fixed, The issues of v8 are completely closed recently. Still, there are open issues in v9, v10, and v11, gradually odoo will fix the issues one by one.

As of now,  you can use the latest v11 code and when each fix is done you can pull the latest code to your instance.

my odoo v11 community is recently going down on every single entry/refresh as well.   very frustrating.  I have two part time users with hardly any data loaded into it.  have several apps installed but really only using projects for a handful of items, theres no way I am taxing the system with users/data.    hosting company wants me to bump up to 90 bucks a month for a 6cpu 8gig setup from 4cpu 4gig system which should be more than enough, right?

what is the recommended stable version?  I might have to start over, or look into something else like Zoho One.
