We have studied Odoo's website and user documentation prior to posting this question. You seemingly provide a link to the version 11 documentation, but not only is that link not accessible from first navigating from www.odoo.com, but appears to contain documentation identical to the url navigable starting from www.odoo.com (by clicking "Docs" on the navbar, and the "User Guides"), which leads to https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/10.0/index.html.

Further, the documentation link you've provided says nothing about the new features in Odoo 11 intended to better support Services Businesses.

Not only have we studied Odoo's website, documentation and whitepapers, we've also explored the demo at demo.odoo.com, and have a running instance of both the release version of Odoo 10 CE and a recent nightly of Odoo 11 CE running in our infrastructure.

When links from Odoo lead us to webinar's, the site presented them as having occurred in the past, and we initially ignored for that reason. When we later tried to register, thinking maybe it would lead to a recording, we were simply left at a page saying "Waiting for Odoo".

But we are not looking for future webinars or past recordings, but DOCUMENTATION.

We've used Google search extensively attempting to locate further information on Odoo 11's Services Business support, and we've only found links like these, all simply saying the Enterprise version has much better support for Services Businesses with no specifics:

Interestingly, if you now search for "Odoo Services Business", google's second result is a link to this very forum question. You should let your marketing department see that, and the fact this forum question in the last 2 days has had over 70 views. I would say we're not the only ones looking for this information.

Lastly, we find your comments, such as "Use google", and your general attitude to be unnecessarily offensive, and doing nothing to create a positive experience for a potential customer simply tying to become better informed about Odoo. We are notifying Odoo representatives of this experience, in the hopes your are an exception than the rule, as to what we may expect as the general demeanor of Odoo personnel should we engage further.
