On my website I get the following error: "No suitable payment option could be found.
If you believe that it is an error, please contact the website administrator."
The payment method does not appear when completing a purchase, I have demos and test servers and you can choose those. Previously it did appear but one day my server went down and when I restarted the function the function no longer worked, this is an online server, what could it be?
For me, it was just about using an unsupport country for my billing address.
So changing my billing to supported country worked.
Did you get a solution to this? I am having the same problem and seeking a solution too
Hello,
Usually, this error pops up when the payment provider is not configured or archived, or there are certain conditions on the payment provider to be considered. For instance, If the country is specified on the payment provider then the same will not be available for other countries and will happen to have the following error: "No suitable payment option could be found."
