I am using Odoo version 17 CE, and need to use the helpdesk module. I need something free to help me, does anyone have an idea?

If you want to use helpdesk application other than odoo , check at https://viindoo.com/apps/app/16.0/viin_helpdesk . v17 will be available soon, in case you want it so badly, please contact with sales@viindoo.com.
I think there are no free helpdesk module on the market sir :v
what is - is it community or enterprise edition
You can install Helpdesk module from APPS
Hi,
As you know, Helpdesk is only available in the enterprise edition. As of now there isn't any free alternative modules for the helpdesk released in the app store for v17 CE.
