Hi All,

I am wondering how to add Lock & Unlock buttons in the Sales Order & also wants to understand how to unlock the Orders which are locked by mistake.

Hi,

In the Sales settings,  there is an option "Lock Confirmed Sales". The Lock and Unlock buttons visibility is controlled using this settings.

Please activate this option from Sales->Configuration->Settings

Hi Farsana,

Thanks for your reply, I am aware about this option in odoo.

Unfortunately from one of the users when trying to confirm the sales order the document is getting locked & There is no button to unlock the entry from that user.

Do i need to check anything from that user settings ?
