As the title says, I'm trying to backdate some sales and purchase order confirmation dates. I can find plenty of information but I have not been able to confirm if this can be done with the SaaS version. I'm using v17.

I've come across information suggesting that it can be done by exporting the data to an Excel file, making the necessary changes, and then importing it back into the system. Should the "External ID" field be included in the process?
Yes, it is possible by exporting (to xls) making the changes and importing back. Ensure to have the External ID field included.
