Hope you are doing well.
For you to remove the button from the view you will need to inherit the template and apply the d-none class on the button to hide it from the view.
You will need to place the xml file inside the web.assets_qweb in manifest file.

For me the "new time off request" button is missing. Is it possible to make it visible from the GUI settings itself. Like from Group settings...
