According to odoo site builder, is there a paid version or is it completely free?
Is the odoo logo that appears at the top of the site I created removed only in the paid version or also in the free version?

Are you talking about the Odoo purple menu bar ?
If so, yes, it disappears when you are not logged in as an internal user.
Hi,
Odoo website builder is free, there is no paid version for the website builder(i mean no extra functionalities for website in enterprise).
If you need to change the logo/favicon, check the website settings and the company logo.
