I am new to odoo, after installing odoo I use a custom theme (I am currently using muk_web_theme to convert the drop down main menu to a page) to change odoo's default dropdown main menu to a menu page.
Now I want to set that menu page to always open after user successfully login. I tried searching many posts and no luck. Most of the tutorials are how to customize, add or remove menu items and I can't find my answer.
Someone please tell me the solution. Thanks a lot.
Hi,
When you go to Settings -> Website,
You can see a field Homepage URL.
You can specify the link to be loaded in this field.

Hi, May I know what url you used in the home page field? Should I just copy the address bar of the browser? I tried that and it doesn't work.
if i set home action as Home menu, an error would show The "App Switcher" action cannot be selected as home action.
Have you found a way to solve your problem?
it is necessary for the menu (muk web theme) to be opened immediately, set the window of the opened menu as the home page
