There are two resellers modules:

  1. Enterprise Resellers (crm_enterprise_partner_assign) and

  2. Resellers Commissions (partner_commission)


You will use resellers modules when you have partners that help you bring customers or make sales and that you have to pay a commission to for these sales opportunities.


Partner assignment:

You will see a new tab on your contacts for “Partner Assignment” so that you can assign your partners a “Partner level” and “Commission Plan”:


Assign partners to your opportunities and sales:

In the opportunity of the CRM you will have a new tab to assign a partner to your leads:

This is the partner that will get the commission for every sale coming from this opportunity.

You can also assign the partner to specific sales orders (even if they are not created from an opportunity in the CRM):



In the CRM you will be able to quickly see who is the partner assigned to each lead and also be able to filter by Assigned Partner:



Commission plans:

Commission plans are made for you to be able to automate the creation of purchase orders when you receive money from the leads that arrived through your partners.

Please notice that the RFQ for the commission will only be created when the invoice is paid. So you need to confirm the invoice AND register the payment in order for the RFQ to be created.

Purchase orders are going to be created in RFQ (draft) status and you can confirm them manually or automate the confirmation of purchase orders on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.


Partner levels:

Please notice that you can have different partner levels (example: Bronze, Silver and Gold) and configure default commissions plans for each.


Partner activations:

Partner activations are useful to understand where does your partner stand on the onboarding process. For example you had already the first contact, you are in ramp-up or if he is already fully operational.

Whilst partner levels will allow you to give a ranking to your partners to know what their performance is.


Portal view:

If Partners enter their portal, they will have access to the list of their opportunities assigned to them and even create new opportunities themselves:
