We connected an ePOS printer and when I moved the database from Odoo online to Odoo.sh, now the ePOS printer cannot connect. We were able to connect using the IP Address before and enabling HTTPS communication as shown in the docs. Removing and adding the printer does not help. Has anyone faced this issue? Are there any error logs somewhere with some details?

I found the solution. It was a networking problem. The printer switched from the wired connection to try to use Wifi.

Hello Philip,

Are you interested in trying Omni Print? It is an alternative to the ePOS module, enabling you to print receipts directly to the printer.
