Hello,

This is doable by adding a new e-category that you will call "Summer Sales" for example. You add this category to your product in addition to whatever category it is already in. I have a similar setup with "On Sale" for me:

Then all you need to do is to use the category "Summer Sale" when filtering the products. 

For example, if you want to create a new menu item, just create one and the link will be something like this: /shop/category/summer-sale-29 (ATTENTION: the number is different for you, odoo will automatically assign it when you create the new category)
