For a school project I am making an Odoo module. I have to write user tests for the module and one of the tests is about the customer portal.
The question is how does the customer get the password? Because this is not stated in the documentation and would the customer sign in on the normal odoo login or somwhere else?

I read it, but it doesn't say how te customer gets his password after getting the portal acces. I'm curious how they initially get their password. Do they get a password generated from the system in a mail? What do they have to do to get their passord at the beginning?
And would the mail that notifies the customer they have acces to the portal have a link to the portal attached in it?
