I don't mind the shameless "Powered by Odoo" plug on the footer of my Odoo.sh-hosted Enterprise v13 sites, but adding "- Create a free website" with a link is just too much.
It should be a STANDARD SETTINGS OPTION to disable this.

Disable the Brand Promotion (website.brand_promotion) and the website_sale.brand_promotion views and the messages should disappear.

Actually, we only have website.brand_promotion (no website_sale.brand_promotion in this database) and disabling it does not remove the Powered by Odoo footer.
Hi Kevin: My previous response was for the "Create a free website..." message only. The "Powered by Odoo" message appears in multiple views. If you are familiar with view customization using view inheritance, you can customize each of those views to hide the message. The custom modules essentially do the same thing.

No there is no standard settings options to remove it but on apps store there are many free modules available for remove it
