Hey everyone!

So im very confused, im trying to understand why i would insert vendor pricing if there is no way to use it as the cost price for items. (or maybe my hours of googling was futile....)
basically we buy equipment from another country so we by in ZAR but sell in USD. so i have enabled multi currency and i have enabled ZAR so i can do a vendor price of 1000Zar but even though i updated the exchange rates i cant get the product sales price to change from 0... or when i made a price list for the supplier in Zar and then made a price list referencing that price in USD it takes the ZAR price and just makes it USD although 1USD is like 14 ZAR....

My question is should i just manually convert the Zar price and insert it into the product cost or is there any way to get it once i insert a vendor price it can be used as a cost price for calculations on quotes?

-sorry if this is a stupid question but im banging my head against a wall for the entire day!
