I have email address in users login field.

but for some users whenever I try to send an invitation or reset password instruction email it gives a user error: Cannot send email user test has no email address.

Hi,

You have to set the email in the related partner of the user. If you open the partner of this user, you may find a E-mail field with empty value, please record the email value in it and try again.

I have found it out.

Now the thing is, I can export this Related Partner/Email data from the users list.
But, when I try to import users data with Related Partner/Email, the field doesn't get filled!

Found the solution,
related partner email is filled when the user email is filled.
