I have 3 different locations where I need to update the stock levels of various products. Can you provide me with a detailed guide on how to accomplish this?

For that, you may use an import feature. 

Go to the product list view and export the product data. Then, in the exported Excel file, add the counted quantity, location, and other necessary fields. Next, go to Inventory Adjustments and import the updated Excel file you created.
