No journal could be found in company for purchase

Question

I am a new user in Odoo seeking for your kind guidance.
Every time i try to add a bill, i get this error:
No journal could be found in company C+ WARE LTD for any of those types: purchase.
How do i go about it?

Hi,
You may not configure chart of accounts for the company. If you open the accounting settings, you will see the options to configure the chart of accounts for the company.

Other solution is to navigate to Journals menu under Accounting -> Configuration and create a journal of type Purchase.
