Hi all,
I'm trying to assign tags to Odoo Helpdesk tickets depending on the email address that the ticket comes from, However I'm totally at a loss how to do this or if it's even possible?
Example:
Email comes into help desk from test@test.com, I wish to automatically assign a tag (eg: test tag) to the ticket.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated

there no as such default module for manage , but you can go for customisation
