Why can't I create new database ?

Hi,

I've this error into fedora 19 :

Can you help me to fix that ?

Good it was a postgres user rights problem, and the rror message from postres was in French son with 'ç' chars. So it seems that odoo cannot catch this kind of errors ... Regards

Can you debug the code?

Somewhere need to be use .encode or .decode when the code is exiting. Some string or char transaction is not good.

So accent or special chars in somewhere...
