I've tried to understand what project escalation is for, but i still don't get it. what it is for? how it is work?

Hello Laura,
When you press Escalate in Issue of any project :
If the relevant Project has configured the "Project Escalation ", the issue is escalated from the current Project, it will be listed under the project selected in "Project Escalation" .
It means the issue is passed to the project mention in "Project Escalation".
Hope now you can understood the Project Escalation.
